Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support the EpiC project portfolio by coordinating financial operations across country offices, ensuring donor compliance and fiscal health. You will manage budgets ranging from $1–20M and provide high-level analytical guidance to project teams and management.

Key duties include subaward management, financial reporting, and developing budgets and cost-to-complete analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 8 years of progressively responsible accounting, finance and operational management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. Government grants, contracting and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and monitor budgets (country programs) with annual budgets from $1–20M.
• Assist in subaward management, including assessment of capacity and budget monitoring.
• Provide financial guidance to country offices and ensure donor compliance.
• Process invoices from sub-awardees, consultants and other vendors; process travel expense reports.
• Produce reports, financial models and use financial systems for analysis.
• Interpret and defend analyses to management; lead complex issues when needed.
