Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a Financial Analyst III to manage financial operations for a portfolio including the EpiC project. Responsibilities include coordinating budgets from multiple countries, providing financial guidance to country offices, and ensuring donor compliance through reports and analyses.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressively responsible accounting, finance and operational management experience.
• Experience with U.S. Government grants, contracting and auditing standards.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial operations and monitor project budgets.
• Provide financial guidance to country offices and prepare donor reports.
• Process invoices from sub-awardees and vendors; manage travel expenses.
• Perform cost-to-complete analyses and budget reviews.
• Use GAAP and financial systems to generate reports and models.
