Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• Export Control Requirement: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, or eligible refugee/asylee.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end financial close for customer operations – invoicing, accruals, disbursement reconciliation, journal entries.
• Build and improve financial reporting infrastructure with weekly/monthly analytics and dashboards.
• Develop and operate self-invoicing for outsourced customer service partners with high accuracy.
• Create automated financial controls and audit mechanisms across cost lines.
• Produce variance analysis and cost bridges for leadership review.
• Support annual and long-range planning with data inputs and rate card analytics.
• Partner with FinTech and engineering to build scalable financial tools and automation.
• Identify process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.

Education
