Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with legal billing and trust accounting practices is preferred.
• Experience with Aderant Expert or similar legal accounting software is desirable.
• Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple offices/entities.
• Support month-end close, audits, and tax preparation in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and multi-state tax obligations.
• Produce financial reports and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
