Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
3+ years of public accounting experience required.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients on complex accounting, financial reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
Research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance to technical accounting matters.
Assist with financial statement preparation, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements.
Support mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, integrations, and other strategic transactions.
Participate in IPO readiness, process improvement, and finance transformation projects.
Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to accounting processes.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Manage multiple client engagements while meeting project deadlines.
