CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team in the Western Twin Cities Metro. This hybrid role partners with operations and leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A, strong Excel, and experience with ERP/reporting tools. Excellent long-term career growth within a global public company is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate FP&A experience.

• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting tools is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000–$115,000 base salary
• 8% target bonus
