Job summary

CFS in Eagan, MN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing & Commercial Finance to join the FP&A team. You will partner with Sales leadership to shape pricing strategy, forecast revenue, analyze customer profitability, and drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes Power BI/Sigma dashboards, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to enable profitable revenue growth. Hybrid work schedule in Minnesota is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Revenue Management, or related analytics.
• Strong understanding of pricing, revenue drivers, profitability, and financial performance.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or business leaders.
• Experience with pricing, PVM, customer profitability, or commercial forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
• SQL, Databricks, CRM, or value-based pricing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership on pricing, revenue, volume, mix, and profitability.
• Perform price-volume-mix (PVM) and customer profitability analysis.
• Develop business cases for pricing, new customers, renewals, and strategic initiatives.
• Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Sigma, or similar tools.
• Develop financial models and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and processes.
