Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of finance experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Solid grasp of core financial concepts and accounting transactions.
  • Experience with accounting systems and reporting/analysis tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and charts.
  • Ability to communicate forecasts, analyses, and variance explanations.
  • Strong organization skills; able to manage multiple projects.

  • Support FP&A and Enterprise Analytics in budgeting and reporting.
  • Challenge budget achievability by division and function.
  • Perform full P&L analysis to drive financial performance.
  • Contribute to reporting by service line and monthly reviews.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and provide KPI analysis.
  • Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and medium-term planning.
  • Lead process improvement projects within FP&A.

Job description

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the business’s financial leaders to build annual budgets, monitor monthly results, perform sensitivity analyses, and work on strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance. This role requires strong analytical and judgment skills and an operations-driven mindset in addition to experience working with large sets of data. This role requires a solid understanding of financial concepts and systems, including financial modeling and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :
  • Support the Director of FP&A & Enterprise Analytics in managing core financial processes & reporting
  • Challenge budget achievability by division and by function across the business
  • Perform full P&L analysis down to the bottom line
  • Contribute to the development of reporting by service line
  • Contribute to monthly business review presentations
  • Ensure reporting deadlines are met and data presented is accurate Provide detailed analysis and operational KPIs to enable decision-making Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and Medium-Term Plan processes Review of significant projects and significant financial investments. Contribute to the cost optimization and transformation plan
  • Provide support to functional leaders
  • Lead process improvement, FP&A specific projects
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of finance experience with demonstrated increases in levels of responsibility
  • Solid grasp of core financial concepts. Ability to understand and execute accounting transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Accounting systems and reporting & analysis tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; should have substantial experience working with pivot tables, lookup functions, and charting tools.
  • Ability to interface effectively with senior business leaders. Capability to translate complex financial sets of data into meaningful analysis and explanations. Experience communicating forecasts, research, analysis, and variance explanations. Strong organization skills. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
