Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Corporate Finance team by developing, analyzing, and maintaining financial reporting and key metrics for leadership. This role is office-based and may require extended hours and travel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years of experience, and CPA CPA-preference. Experience with Hyperion/Oracle EPM and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA or pursuing CPA preferred.
• Manufacturing/operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer capital expenditure tracking processes.
• Analyze monthly management accounts and financial reporting (US GAAP & IFRS).
• Perform month-end close activities.
• Communicate with business unit leaders on financial matters.
• Support audit requests.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for management.
• Partner with FP&A on forecasts and budgets.
• Research and resolve complex business issues.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
