Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Corporate Finance team by developing, analyzing, and maintaining financial reporting and key metrics for leadership. This role is office-based and may require extended hours and travel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years of experience, and CPA CPA-preference. Experience with Hyperion/Oracle EPM and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA or pursuing CPA preferred.
• Manufacturing/operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer capital expenditure tracking processes.

Senior Financial Analyst (Administrative)

Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Corporate Finance team by developing, analyzing, and maintaining financial reporting and key metrics for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer capital expenditure tracking processes
• Analyze monthly management accounts and financial reporting (US GAAP & IFRS)
• Perform month-end close activities
• Communicate with business unit leaders on financial matters
• Support audit requests
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for management
