CRH Americas Materials seeks a Director of FP&A for the South Central Division, reporting to the VP of Finance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and management reporting, partnering with leadership to influence revenue, margins, and capital allocation decisions.

You will build a high-performing team, drive transformation, and ensure top-tier financial planning and controls. The role requires deep FP&A expertise, experience in asset-intensive environments, and strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance concentration preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or operational finance.
• Experience in a public company or large multinational organization preferred.
• Experience in building materials/asset-intensive environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end FP&A budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics for the Division.
• Partner with Division leadership to inform strategic decisions and drive performance.
• Develop managerial reporting and presentations for leadership.
• Drive KPIs/SLAs and ensure disciplined FP&A processes.
• Champion digital and data analytics to improve planning and insight.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance in all FP&A activities.
