The APAC Stores FP&A team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our consumer business in Australia. You will lead the overall FP&A function for the Singapore Stores and play a critical role in the business decision-making process through driving key operating mechanisms and delivering relevant insights and analysis objectively. You will also drive continuous improvements to our processes, especially through automation as we scale the business. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, analytical, detail-oriented, and will possess the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 4+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management, or analysis
- Excellent attention to detail, takes ownership of your work to deliver results, strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
