The position requires a strong background in financial analysis, data analytics, and experience with modernization of financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. Educational requirement may be waived with four extra years of experience.
• Seven or more years of experience in financial analysis, budget formulation, and budget execution.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and automation in financial management use cases.
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Strong communication and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial information to management by collecting and synthesizing data, modeling scenarios, producing reports, and presenting analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Forecast project’s level of support and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances; assist in annual budgets for operating expenses.
• Drive adoption of tools like Power BI to build dashboards and automate workflows; explore AI-driven models for financial data analysis.
• Support end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation projects to modernize operations and strengthen performance management.
• Engage stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with federal financial policies and audit readiness.
