Safelite Group is seeking a Financial Analyst II in Columbus, OH to support extensive budgeting and forecasting, and to perform various financial analyses for potential transactions. You will prepare reports, guide junior staff, and work toward advancement to Senior Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities include scenario planning, creating dashboards using Tableau/Power BI, and conducting cost/benefit analyses. Bachelor’s in finance/accounting and 3+ years’ experience required.

Performs extensive short- and long-term budgeting and forecasting and various forms of financial analysis for potential financial transactions such as acquisitions, real estate, refinancing, and account fluctuations. Completes and distributes various standard and non-standard reports on an established and as needed basis and provides guidance to the Financial Analyst I. This is the second level of a multi-level career development class series. Work assignments enable incumbents to obtain the experience required for advancement to Senior Financial Analyst.
It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235). You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.
