The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, significant experience in finance, and proficiency in SAP. This role involves critical analytical tasks and requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with the site controller.

Assist in developing the annual operating budget, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and error resolution. Analyze costs to meet operational commitments, develop and manage product cost standards, and implement monthly and quarterly forecasts. Prepare budgets including forecasts and production process orders. Conduct spending and variance analysis, providing written feedback to the site controller.
Experience in finance within a manufacturing environment. Traits include accuracy, initiative, reliability, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Experience with product cost and profitability analysis. Proficiency in SAP and SAP FICO.
