What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consolidate forecasts across multiple products and ensure accurate general ledger loads
- Develop and maintain expense allocation models for product profitability reporting
- Participate in month-end close activities and collaborate with the accounting team
- Produce financial reports comparing actual results versus forecasts with variance commentary
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for business leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas
- Ability to work regular EST/CST business hours from 8 am to 5 pm
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with accounting principles
- Experience using Essbase/Smart View, Power BI, and PeopleSoft Financials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
