What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a strong understanding of management and external reporting, as well as consolidated planning
- Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly reporting of financial results, including variance analysis and preparation of plans
- Build and maintain a tracking system to monitor performance versus plan and validate data accuracy
- Perform reporting and analytics related to financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
- Translate complex financial data into clear visuals and presentations for internal and external audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a DTC or consumer product environment
- A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive financial experience, including planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or relevant professional certification
- Experience with financial modeling and reporting automation
- Skills in creating visually compelling presentations
- Familiarity with health and wellness products or consumer goods industry
