Job summary

Assertive Professionals seeks a Program Control professional to provide senior-level budgetary and financial analysis in support of a National Security mission, including space and ground systems. The role involves collaboration with government leadership, program managers, and SMEs to develop executable spend plans and ensure funding alignment with strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, a related bachelor’s degree, and 12+ years of IC/DoD acquisition

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of experience directly supporting or managing acquisition programs within the IC or DoD (18+ years in lieu of a degree).
• End-to-end understanding of the IC acquisition process including IPBS, unfunded requirements, source selection, and EAC assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior budgetary expertise in support of space and ground systems.
• Develop executable budget spend plans and defend budget recommendations with data.
• Support NGA-Denver operations and OPIR/GEOINT knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with government analysts, program managers, and SMEs to align with strategic priorities.
• Prepare reports and cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-makers.
• Advise on resource allocation and funding gaps for NSG/IC programs.
