Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Program Financial Analyst II (Lead) to provide financial analysis, budget formulation, and defense support for DoD/DON programs. The role includes IT systems management, data reconciliation, and programmatic leadership, working under the Business Financial Manager.

The ideal candidate will lead contractor personnel, manage workload, and ensure accurate financial data across multiple systems, including PBIS-IT and NAVITAS, in a fast-paced government contracting

• Experience leading contractor personnel in a government contracting environment.
• Ability to manage team performance and resolve personnel issues professionally.
• Ability to analyze complex information, identify core problems and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Budget formulation and defense support: prepare and analyze financial packages and documentation for reviews.
• Financial execution and IT systems management: track IT expenditures and manage budget data in financial systems.
• Data reconciliation and stakeholder coordination: coordinate with stakeholders and comptroller orgs to ensure accurate data.
• Programmatic and administrative lead support: manage analyst workloads and document business processes.
