Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting, financial analysis, audit, or reporting experience.
Advanced Excel skills with experience in Power BI, Power Query, reporting, dashboards, or financial analytics.
Experience working with ERP systems, financial controls, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and financial reporting tools.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.
Partner with finance, IT, and operational departments to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and support financial systems initiatives.
Assist with ERP upgrades, automation projects, and continuous improvement efforts across the accounting and finance functions.
