Job summary

CFS in NE Portland is hiring a Financial Systems Analyst to be the go-to expert for our critical ERP platform, partnering with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT and operations on upgrades, integrations and process improvements. You will drive automation, build reports, dashboards and BI outputs, and lead testing for new system functionality.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IS/Accounting/Finance or related field and 5+ years supporting ERP, HRIS or payroll systems, plus advanced Excel skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP, financial systems, HRIS, payroll, or related enterprise platforms.
• Experience with financial, accounting, payroll, or business process workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for the financial ERP system and support end users.
• Manage system security, user access, workflows, and configuration settings.
• Develop reports, queries, dashboards, and data outputs for business stakeholders.
• Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, testing, and implementation activities.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support data integrity initiatives.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across departments.
