Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet recurring deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate financial insights to business and finance stakeholders.
• Commercial finance, sales compensation, incentive compensation or business-partnering experience.
• History of process improvement and building scalable finance tools or processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Accounts monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Own Enterprise Accounts forecasting, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), Annual Plan and recurring planning deliverables.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to Enterprise Accounts leadership, commercial partners and Medical Devices finance teams.
• Own key elements of commercial variable compensation planning and performance measurement.
• Provide financial leadership and project tracking for CPQ RCE and RMS-related planning.
• Support cross-business-unit deal planning, commercial partnership activities and financial modeling.
• Create executive-ready analyses and presentations that tell a data-driven story.
