Abbott is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Enterprise Accounts in Austin, TX or St. Paul, MN. This role partners with Enterprise Accounts leadership and Medical Devices finance to drive planning, forecasting, and compensation processes.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet recurring deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own Enterprise Accounts monthly close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
Forecasting, Latest Best Estimate (LBE) and Annual Plan deliverables.
Partner with Enterprise Accounts leadership and Medical Devices finance teams.
Own key elements of commercial variable compensation planning and performance measurement.
Provide financial leadership for CPQ RCE and RMS planning initiatives.
Create executive-ready analyses and presentations with clear data storytelling.
Build scalable forecasting tools and reporting templates.
