Job summary

Abbott is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support Medical Devices Enterprise Accounts, based in Austin, TX or St. Paul, MN. The role combines FP&A, business partnership and compensation operations to drive performance.

You will own planning cycles, analyze sales and P&L performance, and partner with enterprise leadership to deliver accurate forecasting, insightful analyses and timely, well-controlled compensation outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Accounts monthly close activities and reporting.
• Forecasting, LBE, and annual planning for Enterprise Accounts.
• Partner with Enterprise Accounts leadership and finance teams.
• Lead commercial variable compensation planning and performance measurement.
• Support CPQ RCE and RMS-related planning and cross-business analyses.
• Create executive-ready analyses and data-driven storytelling.
