Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York is seeking a Clean Energy Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning for the E‑mobility and Demonstrations portfolio. You will develop processes to analyze, forecast, and report on financial information and coordinate budgets with FP&A teams.

You will mentor junior staff, manage month-end close, and deliver timely regulatory and financial reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of related work experience in accounting or financial planning.
• Proven ability to analyze, forecast, and report financial information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for analyzing, monitoring, verifying, forecasting and reporting on financial information for the E‑Mobility and Demonstrations team's portfolio of programs.
• Coordinate with FP&A staff and vendors to develop and monitor Regulatory-Asset, Capital and O&M budgets; compare results to budgets and forecasts.
• Process vendor invoices and customer incentive payments timely and in compliance with policies; maintain records.
• Lead month-end close processes; prepare and file required financial and regulatory reports; mentor junior staff.
