Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data into business insights and communicate information through oral and written deliverables.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to make real-time decisions under pressure.
• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new skills.
• One year of utility EV programs experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and writing skills preferred.
• Experience developing analytical tools using statistics, predictive modeling, and/or machine learning preferred.
• Knowledge of electric vehicles and clean energy programs preferred.
• Knowledge of national and New York State clean energy policy preferred.
• Experience analyzing or managing program performance and pipelines preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail; cross-functional collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute, track and monitor the EV near-term strategy and ensure goals are achieved.
• Work with EV teams and internal stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Support program teams to define metrics to track performance and market intelligence.
• Collaborate to identify gaps, challenges, opportunities, and proposed solutions.
• Develop tools and analyses for program optimization, including budget monitoring and target development; explore ML automation.
• Develop knowledge of EV data and databases; monitor market demand and trends to inform strategy.
• Represent the company’s EV program status to external stakeholders as needed.
• Forecast EV program performance and load; lead cross-functional initiatives.
