Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of work experience or Master's with 2+ years.
• Experience in utility EV programs, forecasting, and reporting is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project are required.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, execution, tracking and monitoring of EV near-term strategy.
• Develop and own analytics tools and program tracking for performance optimization.
• Collaborate with EV teams to identify gaps, challenges and solutions.
• Define metrics for program tracking and market intelligence.
• Lead cross-functional teams on department initiatives and adapt to regulatory changes.
• Monitor EV market trends and program performance to inform strategy.
