Con Edison seeks a Clean Energy Senior Financial Analyst to analyze, forecast, and report on the E-mobility and Demonstrations portfolios. You will oversee budgeting, regulatory reporting, and vendor payments while mentoring junior staff.

The role involves coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure timely processing of invoices, accurate month-end closes, and on-time financial reporting to support the clean energy initiatives in New York City and Westchester County.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to develop and implement processes for analyzing financial information.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting processes.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff in finance functions.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to manage budgets and expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for analyzing, monitoring, verifying, forecasting and reporting on financial information for the E-mobility and Demonstrations programs.
• Process vendor invoices and customer incentive payments timely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end close, compiling department expenditures and ensuring accuracy in transfers and corrections.
• Prepare required financial and regulatory reports by prescribed due dates.
