  • Develop and implement processes for analyzing, monitoring, verifying, forecasting and reporting on financial information for the E-mobility and Demonstrations programs.
  • Process vendor invoices and customer incentive payments timely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with month-end close, compiling department expenditures and ensuring accuracy in transfers and corrections.
  • Prepare required financial and regulatory reports by prescribed due dates.

We are seeking a highly motivated Clean Energy Senior Financial Analyst responsible for developing and implementing processes for analyzing, monitoring, verifying, forecasting and reporting on financial information for the E-mobility and Demonstrations teams portfolio of programs. The Clean Energy Financial Analyst will coordinate with other Company staff and supporting groups and various external vendors, when applicable, to develop the Regulatory-Asset, Capital and O&M budgets, and monitor results against budget and program forecasts.

The Clean Energy Senior Financial Analyst will process vendor invoices and customer incentive payments timely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Invoice records and supporting documentation must be maintained and well-organized. Additionally, this role will be responsible to mentoring and guiding junior staff to perform the functions referenced.

In addition to processing payments, the analyst will assist with the month-end close process. This includes compiling all expenditures in the department and leading the process for review, verification and transfers and corrections of expenditures on a monthly basis. Additionally, the analyst will prepare the required financial and regulatory reports by prescribed due dates.
