Artemis Consulting, LLC, a San Diego-based government services firm, seeks a Senior Financial Management Analyst/Consultant to support NAVWAR and DoW clients. You will lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced federal environment.

You will advise leadership on financial decisions, ensure policy compliance, and manage multiple funding streams. A strong background in Navy financial systems and DoN processes is essential.

Competenze

• :Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• :7+ years Navy/DoW financial management or relevant federal consulting experience
• :DoN/NAVWAR experience preferred
• :Ability to obtain SECRET government security clearance (TS/SCI may be required)

Mansioni

• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in government systems (e.g., Navy ERP, Standard Procurement System)
• Assist with budget formulation, cost management, and variance analysis
• Measure organizational performance and assess program and policy impacts on funding
• Research financial and economic trends affecting program execution and spending
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and guidelines governing budget formulation and execution
• Manage multiple funding types and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Prepare and brief financial reports, budgets, analyses, and executive‑level summaries
• Develop recommendations and courses of action (COAs) to resolve financial issues
