Job summary

Amazon Delivery FP&A is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own headcount and operating expense planning across 20+ cost centers and to lead Infrastructure Market Rate benchmarking for Amazon Delivery. You will partner with cross-functional teams, present to senior leadership, and drive planning cycles OP1, OP2, and QXG adjustments.

This high-visibility role challenges assumptions, builds scalable models, and influences decisions affecting thousands of employees and billions in spend.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End HC & OpEx Planning across 20+ cost centers, including HC-driven OpEx models for OP1/OP2 and QXG adjustments.
• Drive quarterly guidance adjustments including rate card validation, merit and band assumptions, headcount transfers, and scenario modeling.
• Develop and maintain monthly target allocation models and distribute to business finance partners.
