Job summary

Amazon Delivery FP&A is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own headcount and OpEx planning across 20+ cost centers and 3,500+ employees. You will drive IMR cost benchmarking and lead planning cycles (OP1/OP2 and QXG) while presenting insights to senior leadership.

You will build scalable financial models, perform MEC close analysis, and deliver Monthly Financial and Quarterly Financial Reviews, partnering with CHC and HR to ensure accurate inputs and timely plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount and OpEx planning across 20+ cost centers and 3,500+ employees.
• Lead HC/OpEx models, QXG adjustments, and IMR cost benchmarking for delivery.
• Create monthly closings, variance analyses, and MEC/MFR/QFR narratives for senior leadership.
• Partner with CHC, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost inputs.
• Build scalable dashboards (QuickSight) and automate financial reporting.
