Patmos Hosting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support development finance, modeling, budgeting, and FP&A for our data center projects in Kansas City, MO.

The role requires building and maintaining project financial models, overseeing budgets, forecasting cash flows, and supporting construction financing with cross‑functional teams including Development, Construction, Accounting, and executive leadership.

Qualifikationen

Experience in development finance, construction finance, or infrastructure projects.
Strong ability to build and maintain complex financial models and budgets.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.

Aufgaben

Develop and maintain project-level financial models for construction financing and internal decision-making.
Own financial oversight of development budgets from acquisition through completion.
Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and rolling forecasts for development activities.
Support construction loan closings with financial analyses and lender‑required information.
Provide ad hoc financial analyses to support executive decision-making.
