Job summary

Tract Capital Management, LP is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to shape and execute our financial strategy for data center investments and digital infrastructure growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years progressive Finance experience with at least 3 years in data center industry.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage FP&A cycles including budgets, forecasts, and reviews.
• Model strategic drivers for data center development and operations.
• Provide variance analysis, trend monitoring and benchmarking insights.
• Forecast and optimize data center-related costs for financial efficiency.
• Own data center infrastructure forecasting and KPI reporting with cross-functional partners.
• Develop cost benchmarks and support procurement with financial analysis.
