Job summary

ORBIS Corporation, part of Menasha, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Commissions to join our Commercial Finance team. You’ll analyze commission programs, support quota setting, and deliver sales performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.

You’ll partner with business leaders on financial analysis, assist with month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting, and help drive data-driven incentives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s or CPA a plus.
• 4–7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and large dataset experience.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, or Hyperion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze commission programs with confidentiality.
• Support annual quota-setting processes and compensation communications.
• Deliver monthly sales performance reports and metrics for commercial initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to provide financial and operational analysis.
• Support month-end close, GL reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and budgeting/forecasting support.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Commissions to join our Commercial Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of analytics, sales performance, and strategic business partnership. You’ll play a critical role in supporting commission programs, reporting and forecasting activities, and business decision‑making across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Administer and analyze sales commission programs across ORBIS while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
• Support annual sales quota‑setting processes and compensation plan communications.
• Develop and deliver monthly sales performance reports and metrics that support strategic commercial initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to provide meaningful financial and operational analysis.
• Support month‑end close activities, financial statement analysis, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Conduct financial analysis for capital projects and business investments.
• Serve as a resource for product cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning activities.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting, business analyses, and special projects that support organizational objectives.
• Act as a trusted financial partner for assigned functions and commercial stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance. Master's degree in Accounting and/or CPA designation is a plus. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Experience 4–7 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, or Hyperion is preferred.
