Cerapedics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial to join our Westminster office. You will develop sales analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting to illuminate revenue drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (required)
• MBA preferred
• Six or more years of relevant experience in Life Sciences, commercial finance, FP&A, or sales analytics
• Familiarity with data query / relational databases (SAP, Power BI, SQL, etc.) (beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and delivery of sales performance analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting to provide clear visibility into revenue drivers
• Perform in-depth analysis of sales, customer, and product data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to define metrics, evaluate performance against strategic assumptions, and support decision-making
• Build and maintain forecasting and analytical models to support planning, scenario analysis, and business strategy
• Deliver recurring reporting and ad hoc analysis, balancing speed and depth based on business needs
• Drive improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and scalable analytics solutions, including automation
