Job summary

Vaulted seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Houston to own the monthly reporting cycle, drive budgeting and forecasting, and lead business reviews with senior leadership. You will turn results into clear insight on performance and direction while partnering with operating and commercial teams.

You will develop KPI dashboards, manage variance analysis, and support lender reporting. The role requires 2–5 years of experience, a finance/accounting degree, and advanced Excel skills in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of transferable experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in finance and accounting (include GPA in application).
• Advanced Excel proficiency for three-statement and project models.
• Understanding of debt documentation concepts or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting cycle with consolidated and entity-level statements.
• Collaborate with accounting on close timelines, accruals, reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership.
• Develop KPI reports and dashboards for operational and financial performance.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling cash forecasts across entities.
• Prepare analyses for board materials, investor updates, and diligence.
