Senior Financial Analyst

Selby Jennings is partnered with a leading provider of compliance solutions for the financial services and insurance industries. The firm services nearly 2,000 institutions worldwide, including more than half of the global top 20 asset management firms. The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the CFO, play a critical role in M&A activities, and work on special projects assigned by the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a strategic finance partner for company leadership.
2. Collaborate with the CFO to lead the annual budgeting process.
3. Enhance and manage the financial reporting package for the CEO and Board of Directors.
4. Manage financial projects for the CEO, CFO, and Board.
5. Play a pivotal role in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and forecast execution.
6. Work closely with Revenue Operations to provide insights on ARR and revenue to improve performance.
7. Contribute to the modernization of back-office technology, including evaluating and implementing planning tools, system integrations, and other tech enhancements.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields, with cross-departmental collaboration. Preferred background in investment banking or private equity.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with strong data and financial modeling skills.
4. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with talent for interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
