Job summary

Tatum by Randstad is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with healthcare administration within SNFs. This role focuses on monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, requiring advanced Excel and experience with financial modeling.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years FP&A experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI. Healthcare exposure is a plus for this hybrid position in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of FP&A experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability relating financial results to non-financial internal customers.
• 4-6+ years of experience with preparing monthly forecasts and creating/maintaining financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills are required and prior experience with Tableau or Power BI is required.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with administration of Skilled Nursing Facilities to provide monthly reporting and updates on monthly financials.
• Perform budget variance analysis; assist with annual budget preparation; prepare budget templates.
• Build and maintain financial models using advanced Excel.
• Prepare monthly forecasts to guide internal customers.
• Prepare KPI information for entities and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.

Tatum by Randstad is working with a company in the healthcare administration and SNF industry. The company has been growing as a result of acquisition and is looking to a a senior financial analyst to their team. The company is on a hybrid schedule and looking to bring on Senior Financial Analyst to support their newly acquired entities: The person taking on this opportunity would be handling the following duties

Responsibilities

• The Senior financial analyst would be serving as a partner with the administration of the Skilled Nursing Facilities to provide monthly reporting and updates on monthly financials.
• This person would be responsible for budget variance analysis; assisting with the annual budget preparation; and preparing budget templates.
• The senior financial analyst would need to be an advanced excel user to build and maintain financial models.
• Preparation of monthly forecasts to help guide internal customers.
• This individual would also be responsible for preparing KPI information for entities and preparing ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis.
