  • Performs detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions across departments and entities
  • Develops, monitors, and reports on key financial metrics, providing variance analysis, forecasting, and recommendations for improvement
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Supports the budgeting process, including compiling financial data, developing projections, and assisting with departmental and organizational budget preparation
  • Conducts scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of strategic decisions, investments, and operational changes
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and clinical departments, to ensure financial goals are met and initiatives are aligned with the overall organizational strategy
  • Provides decision support to senior leadership through financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis, offering insights into business performance
  • Ensures financial data integrity by maintaining and improving financial reporting tools, systems, and processes
  • Stays current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that impact financial reporting and analysis
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting procedures
  • Supports special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership

Essential Functions

Qualifications
