The Intersect Group in Scottsdale seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role blends FP&A, financial reporting, and hands-on accounting while partnering closely with finance and operational leadership to drive accurate performance insights.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of healthcare finance experience, strong FP&A skills in budgeting, forecasting, modeling and reporting, and advanced Excel. Growth toward Finance Manager level is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
• Healthcare finance experience required.
• Strong FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• Experience with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. What You’ll Do
