Job summary

The Keller Group is seeking a driven Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team in Phoenix, Arizona. This newly created role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership, including the CFO and PE partners.

Key responsibilities include financial reporting, modeling, budget forecasting, and KPI development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Finance and 4+ years of related experience. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience required.
• Ability to translate complex data for non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting cycles.

What You\'ll Own:

• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and executive-level presentations
• Financial modeling to support pricing decisions, product line profitability, and strategic planning
• Budgeting and forecasting cycles, including assumption-setting and cross-functional collaboration
• KPI development and ongoing performance monitoring
• Data integrity within ERP systems and continuous improvement of reporting processes

What We\'re Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• NetSuite or Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
• Self-starter mentality — this role requires someone who can identify opportunities and act without waiting to be directed
