Job summary

BrainWorks, a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to be the primary finance partner for one of its facilities. You will work closely with plant leadership, operations, and supply chain to deliver financial insights that drive business decisions.

This role is highly visible and requires partnering with non-finance leaders, providing analyses, models, and actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of professional finance experience.
• 2+ years supporting finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cost accounting, cost standards, and variance analysis.
• Background partnering with operations and/or supply chain teams.
• Experience preparing month-end reporting and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build financial models.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
