Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. This on-site role offers broad exposure to accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on GAAP.

You will prepare monthly financial reports, perform variance analyses, manage journal entries and reconciliations, support month-end close, monitor KPIs with leadership, and assist audits and internal controls in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and operational performance.
• Process accounts receivable, invoicing, treasury activities, and related financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities.
• Partner with leadership to monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, inventory counts, internal controls, compliance initiatives, and special projects.
