An industry leader is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for its high-impact FP&A team. This is a hands-on FP&A role with broad visibility across capital and O&M planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of large company FP&A experience or comes from Big4 Accounting with a CPA. ***3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

Lead monthly financial close processes and prepare comprehensive reporting packages for executive and site leadership, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
Provide detailed financial analysis on capital and O&M cost drivers, partnering with internal teams to manage budgets and forecast performance against operational and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain long-range financial plans, including forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
Review and monitor capital project proposals and expenditures, ensuring proper financial controls and reporting.
Deliver timely ad hoc analyses and insights to support business decisions and special projects.
Mentor junior analysts and support the FP&A Manager with oversight of deliverables and complex financial initiatives.
