Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $88,000.00/yr

Compensation: $60,000 – $88,000/year

Location: Chester County, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst for our client in Chester County, PA (Hybrid). This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex financial reporting and compliance within a fast-paced investment environment. You’ll prepare GAAP/IFRS financial statements, manage audit coordination, and lead process improvements through automation and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities as the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Audit Coordination: Manage year-end reporting and serve as the point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze discrepancies and recommend data-driven solutions to ensure reporting integrity.
• Process Optimization: Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to deliver accurate, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Certification: CPA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in financial reporting or public accounting
• Technical Skills: Proficient in U.S. GAAP, Excel, and financial statement automation tools, with experience in IFRS
• Skills & Attributes: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience preparing audited financial statements and navigating regulatory filings is strongly preferred.
