Qualifications

• Knowledge of CFR 200 requirements and nonprofit accounting standards

What You'll Be Doing:

• Financial reporting, analysis, and variance reporting for leadership teams
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and funding allocations across multiple programs
• Supporting contract and grant management activities
• Tracking government reimbursements and funding utilization
• Developing financial models and ad hoc reports to support leadership decisions
• Assisting with audits, compliance requirements, and financial reviews

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of Financial Analysis experience
• Nonprofit experience is required
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for large budgets ($25M+)
• Experience working with government funding sources, grants, and contracts
• Knowledge of CFR 200 requirements and nonprofit accounting standards

Highly Preferred:

• Department of Mental Health (DMH) contract experience
• Behavioral health, healthcare, housing, or other government-funded nonprofit experience
• Understanding of fee-for-service funding models
