Job summary

Martin Brower is seeking a Finance Analyst to prepare reports, analyze data, and support budgeting across divisions in Colorado. You will collaborate with leadership to identify financial opportunities and risks and drive informed decisions.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years (or equivalent experience), strong analytical skills, and occasional travel to division locations. Mastery of financial tools and clear communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 7–9+ years of experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% to provide on-site support.

• Perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology solutions


• Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions


• Support the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets and corporate budgets


• Travel requirements of at least 25% to provide on-site support to division locations


• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
