Jobot is recruiting for a Senior FP&A role with a top-ranked HealthTech company in Irvine, CA. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, build complex financial models, and deliver insights directly to the CFO and executive leadership in a hybrid onsite setting.

The ideal candidate has 7–15 years of FP&A experience, strong Power BI/SQL/Excel skills, and the ability to present to the C-suite. Local to Orange County with Tue/Thu onsite in Irvine.

Qualificações

• 7–15 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Articulate communicator able to present to CFO and C-suite independently.
• Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Workday or similar ERP/FP&A system experience a plus.
• Local to Orange County with hybrid onsite in Irvine (Tue/Thu).

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for executive decision-making.
• Analyze margins, commissions, bonus structures, and pricing.
• Partner directly with the CFO and C-suite to deliver insights.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting in Power BI and SQL.
• Lead variance analysis and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Support ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue analysis.
• Drive commission calculations and bonus modeling for teams.
• Play a key role in Workday implementation and process modernization.

What You’ll Do:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Build and maintain complex financial models supporting executive decision-making
• Analyze financial performance including margins, commissions, bonus structures, and pricing
• Partner directly with the CFO and C-suite to deliver financial insights
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting in Power BI and SQL
• Lead variance analysis and monthly/quarterly financial reporting

What We’re Looking For:
