Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Corporate Financial Analyst in Irvine to join our finance team. The role involves owning complex financial models, forecasting, budgets, and long-range strategic plans while partnering with the CFO and senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights.

You’ll build KPI dashboards in Power BI, lead reporting cycles with Accounting and cross-functional partners, and help migrate Excel-based processes to modern platforms.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of progressive corporate finance/FP&A experience.
• Articulate communicator comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite leadership.
• Workday or similar FP&A system experience is a plus.
• Accounting background is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own complex financial models, forecasting, budgets and long-range plans.
• Analyze performance, profitability, margins, commissions, and pricing across the business.
• Partner with CFO and executives to deliver insights for strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and analytics in Power BI.
• Lead financial reporting and forecasting cycles with Accounting and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze revenue including ASC 606 and deferred revenue.
• Create scalable reporting using Power BI, SQL and advanced Excel/VBA.
• Assist in migrating Excel processes to modern platforms with consultants.
• Support commission calculations and bonus modeling for clinical and operational teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Own complex financial models, forecasting, annual budgets, and long-range strategic plans
• Analyze financial performance, profitability, margins, commissions, bonus structures, and pricing across the business
• Partner directly with the CFO, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decisions
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and analytics in Power BI to improve visibility into business performance
• Lead financial reporting and forecasting cycles while partnering closely with Accounting and cross-functional teams
• Analyze revenue performance including ASC 606 revenue recognition and deferred revenue
• Build scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel/VBA
• Play a key role in migrating Excel-based processes into modern platforms, working side by side with consultants on system implementations and process modernization
• Support commission calculations and bonus modeling for clinical and operational teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–15 years of progressive corporate finance/FP&A experience
• Articulate, confident communicator — comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite leadership independently
• Workday or similar FP&A system experience a plus
• Accounting background a bonus
• Local to Orange County — hybrid Tuesday and Thursday onsite in Irvine
